Martin Bardhi

         Martin is a grade 12 student currently attending Westmount Charter School in Alberta. He is passionate about all things science-related with a special interest in biology.

        After being involved in different tutoring and mentoring opportunities locally, he is excited to join the EduBeyond team to help out students in his province to realize their goals in education. When not working or studying, Martin enjoys being outdoors, participating in all the great outdoor experiences Alberta has to offer.

Jenny Li

         Jenny Li is a grade 12 student at Eric Hamber Secondary School. From a young age, Jenny has always loved the challenge of using her available tools to create inventive solutions for many of the world's problems including climate change and the misdiagnosis of diseases. She's excited to help out with EDU Beyond's BC branch in eliminating the educational disparity in her community, which she believes is necessary during the ongoing pandemic.

       When she's not busy, she enjoys cooking delicious food, drinking bubble tea, and making fun clocks for her school.

Paul M. Diaz

          Paul is a grade 12 student attending Westmount Charter School in Alberta. He is passionate about math and history,

          After involvement with his community through youth volunteer corps and helping out with tutoring some people in his personal time, he is excited to join EDU Beyond to help all students unlock the potential they have! In his free time, Paul enjoys studying math and reading books on political science and history.

William Zhou

        William is a senior student studying at Westmount Charter Mid-High, in beautiful suburban Calgary, Alberta. He's enthusiastic about all things software, bio/chem, and mathematics!

         After being involved in peer mentorship and tutoring for three years, William is excited to join the EDU Beyond team to help students get the support they need across Alberta and larger Canada. When not involved in academics, he likes to bike, play the guitar, and code competitively. Feel free to contact him and send him a friendly message at!

        Ryan Zhu is a Grade 12 student at Eric Hamber Secondary School. He loves obtaining new insights into people and the world, and is particularly passionate about the sciences. He enjoys collaborating on projects for his personal growth and community development, and he’s always happy to help his peers and students succeed.

        When he’s not busy with schoolwork, running clubs, or competing in Reach for the Top, he enjoys hanging out with his friends and playing a variety of games: role-playing games, board games, card games, and video games.
